Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Tokyo

Arrive at Tokyo Airport and transfer to your hotel. Upon arrival, complete the check-in formalities and relax. The rest of the day is free to explore Tokyo at your own pace. Overnight stay in Tokyo.

Day 02: Mt. Fuji & Hakone One Day Trip

After breakfast, enjoy a shared Mt. Fuji & Hakone Tour from 07:15 to 18:30. The tour includes the Hakone Ropeway, Hakone Pirate Ship cruise, lunch and round-trip transfers. A Chinese/English video translation service, snow resort admission (if applicable) and Disney Character giveaway are also included. Overnight stay in Tokyo.

Day 03: Tokyo Sightseeing Bus Day Tour

Start with breakfast before joining a shared Tokyo Skytree Day Tour from 07:50 to 18:00. Visit Tokyo Skytree and enjoy the 350m Observation Deck. Later, enjoy a Tokyo Bay Cruise except Tuesday, or visit Fukagawa Edo Museum/Hamarikyu Gardens on Tuesday. The tour also includes lunch, transfers, a sightseeing bus, an English-speaking guide and a matcha drink or gelato. Overnight stay in Tokyo.

Day 04: Disneyland

After breakfast, proceed to Disneyland with private round-trip transfers. Enjoy exciting rides, attractions and entertainment throughout the day. Later, return to your hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Tokyo.

Day 05: Transfer to Osaka

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Tokyo Station to board your train to Osaka. Upon arrival, enjoy a private transfer to your hotel. Complete the check-in formalities and spend the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Osaka.

Day 06: Kyoto and Nara Day Tour

Enjoy breakfast before joining a shared Kyoto and Nara Day Tour from 08:00 to 19:00. Visit Kinkakuji Temple, Arashiyama and Fushimi Inari Taisha. Later, explore Nara Park and Tōdai-ji Temple. The tour includes lunch, round-trip transfers and an English-speaking guide. Overnight stay in Osaka.

Day 07: Universal Studios Japan

After breakfast, proceed to Universal Studios Japan with private round-trip transfers. Experience thrilling rides, movie-themed attractions, shows and entertainment. Later, return to your hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Osaka.

Day 08: Hyogo Day Tour

After breakfast, join a shared Hyogo Day Tour from 08:00 to 19:00. Visit Himeji Castle, Arima Onsen and Rokko Mountain. The tour includes round-trip transfers and Himeji Castle admission. Later, return to Osaka. Overnight stay in Osaka.

Day 09: Free Day in Osaka

After breakfast, enjoy a free day to explore Osaka at your own pace. You can shop for souvenirs, discover local attractions or enjoy the city’s famous food and culture. Overnight stay in Osaka.

Day 10: Departure

Enjoy breakfast and check out from the hotel. Finally, transfer to Osaka Airport for your onward flight. Your Japan holiday concludes with wonderful memories.

Transfers: Please provide 7 days’ notice for cancellation, except during peak season when we require 15 days’ notice.

Drivers: We can arrange English-speaking drivers subject to availability when you make payment at least 21 days in advance. Local drivers generally do not speak English and communicate with guests only when necessary.

Vehicle Timings: We book vehicles for the specific hours mentioned in the proposal. Drivers may charge additional fees for extra hours caused by traffic, roadblocks, sightseeing delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Guide Services: We recommend booking an English-speaking guide to avoid communication issues with drivers. If you do not book a guide due to budget constraints, we cannot accept complaints related to communication between the guest and driver. Changes made within 21 days are non-refundable.

Coach / SIC Tours: Please provide at least 21 days’ notice to cancel tours or SIC services and request a refund. We do not provide refunds for cancellations made within 21 days.

Train Tickets: Please provide at least 30 days’ notice to receive a full refund. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the train.

Entry Tickets: Once we issue entry tickets, they become 100% non-refundable.

Private Tours Without Entrances: Please provide at least 15 days’ notice to cancel and request a refund. We do not provide refunds for cancellations made within 15 days.

Alpine Route: Guests must pay applicable Alpine Route entry fees directly.
