Transfers: 7 DAYS Notice for cancellation considered except peak season, where Notice period is 15 days

Drivers: English speaking Drivers are subject to availability and only possible if booking is done with payments at least 21 days in advance.  Local drivers do not speak English at all and as a country policy they don’t talk to the guest unless very necessary.

Vehicle Timings: All vehicles are booked for specific hours in Japan, as mentioned in the proposal. Any additional hour usage arising out of Traffic condition, Road blocks, Guest moving slow during sightseeings or for any other unforeseen situation, Driver will surely charge the guest for additional hour, immaterial if all the sightseeing places are covered in the itinerary or not.

Guide Services: We highly recommend booking English speaking Guide to avoid communication problem with the drivers. If due to budget constraints guide is not booked than we will not entertain complaints arising out of client & driver communication.Non Refundable if any change within 21 days

All Coach Services: Tours/ SIC Tours: 21 days notice for refund. No refund if cancelled within 21 days

Train tickets: – 30 days notice for full refund. Cancellation policy differ for different Trains

Entry tickets: 100% Non Refundable once issued
Private Tours without Entrances: 15 days notice for refund. No refund if cancelled within 15 Days
