Package Includes
- Hotels may be located around 18–25 km from city centers.
- Maximum room occupancy is 3 guests per room.
- Triple rooms may include a rollaway bed.
- 4-star hotels generally offer rooms of 190–230 sq. ft., while 3-star hotels offer around 120–180 sq. ft.
- European hotels generally do not provide complimentary water bottles. Tap water is usually drinkable.
- All transfers and sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary use air-conditioned coaches.
- Applicable entrance fees are included as specified in the itinerary.
- One-stop flights may operate from Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru, while flights from Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Chennai may include up to two stops.
- Flights include 30 kg check-in baggage and in-flight meals.
- We assist with visa appointments, but the embassy or consulate makes the final visa decision.
- Group arrival transfer from Paris is included for flights landing between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM.
- Group departure transfer from Milan is included. Please select a flight departing after 8:30 PM.
Package Exclusions
- Mandatory tips of EUR 3 per person per day, totaling EUR 39 per person.
- Any increase in airfare, visa fees, taxes or fuel surcharges.
- Airline or hotel upgrades and ticket deviation charges.
- Pre-tour or post-tour accommodation.
- Porterage, laundry, telephone calls, shopping and personal expenses.
- Alcoholic beverages and food outside the included meals.
- Medical, accident or emergency expenses.
- Activities or services not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Direct-joining airport transfers.
Terms & Conditions
- Booking requires ₹30,000 per person when made 45+ days before travel.
- Bookings within 45 days require ₹75,000 per person.
- Full payment must be completed 21 days before departure.
- Visa rejection attracts a ₹15,000 cancellation charge plus applicable visa fees.
- Passport validity must be at least 6 months from departure.
- Cancellation 30+ days before travel: 10% charge.
- Cancellation 15–30 days before travel: 50% charge.
- Cancellation within 15 days: non-refundable.
- Hotel check-in is generally 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
- Carry one check-in bag and one hand bag per person.
- Minimum group size is 20 passengers.
- The operator may merge groups when necessary.
- Sightseeing may change due to closures, government regulations or unforeseen circumstances.
- No refund applies to unused services.
- Direct-joining passengers must arrange or pay for their airport transfers.
- Any applicable increase in European taxes may change the tour price.
