Day 01 — Guwahati → Kaziranga
Arrival at Guwahati. Transfer to Kaziranga National Park. En route visit Maha Mrityunjay Temple. Evening free. Overnight at Kaziranga.
Tour Plan
Day 02 — Kaziranga → Shillong
Early morning elephant ride (subject to availability) or jeep safari. After breakfast proceed to Shillong. Enroute visit Umiam Lake. Overnight at Shillong.
Day 03 — Nongriat Trek (Double-Decker Root Bridge)
Full day trek to Nongriat — ~3,200 steps each way (7 hours). Return to Shillong. Overnight stay.
Day 04 — Cherrapunjee
Visit Nohkalikai Falls, Mawsmai Caves and Elephant Falls. Return to Shillong.
Day 05 — Dawki & Mawlynnong
Visit the crystal-clear Umngot River at Dawki and Asia’s Cleanest Village — Mawlynnong. Return to Shillong.
Day 06 — Shillong → Guwahati
Sightseeing in Shillong: Don Bosco Museum (closed on Sundays), Ward's Lake. Drive to Guwahati. Optional Brahmaputra cruise (own expense).
Day 07 — Guwahati Departure
Visit Kamakhya Temple (timings noted) if schedule permits. Transfer to airport/railway station for onward journey.
